Bad Service

I bought Huggies x2 jumbo packs online and was delivered from Soweto Pick n Pay and when I returned it at Pick n Pay Trade route mall they told me I must go change it where I bought it from, they can't assist, even though in the terms and conditions it's stated that we can return the items at any Pick n Pay.
