Bad service

Bad service. I bought a bottle Bains Whiskey on special for R249. 99. With the Whiskey bottle u get a 1,5l Still or sparkling water free which is part of the special. They did not had the water to give with the Whiskey. I called the manager of the liquor shop but was of no help to me as customer . What kind of service is that. Baaaaad.
