I do not understand how managers employ people with no profession, It's frustrating when ur a customer and not valued, how do you stand in a kioski queue for close to 45 minutes when one cashier decides to help someone to register a smart shop card when the queue is very long and there's no one at the counter, is this really a known as \ big super market"or just some ****a shop?"""
