Bad service

On the 26th June, I went to Pick n Pay in Vangate Mall to buy C***** olive oil banded pack 2x1litre (promo price R109. 99 x2). The was no stock on the shelf and I requested a rain check, I went back on the 3rd July to check and there was no stock still. Again on the 24th of July, there was still no stock and the ladies (forgot their names) who assisted me at the info desk couldn't tell me exactly when they'll receive stock. The raincheck voucher is redeemable in 30 days, meaning mine is no longer valid. Can I please get assistance with this matter, I'd love to get those packs.

Ps: it was a buy banded pack olive oil 2x1litre and get 1x classic mayonnaise 750g free. I'm only interested in the olive oil and not the free gift.
