Bad service

I placed an order for 7 2kg skip and I booked collection date for Saturday the 20th June 2020. On Saturday on my way to collect, I got a call from pick n pay Norwood where I was told they do not have stock for the 7 2kg skip so they want me to add more money so they can give me 3kgs. I told the gut I'm buying the 2kg because it's on sale so I can't take the 3kgs. He then said my order has been canceled and my money will be refunded. I see the order is still not canceled so that means a delay in them refunding me. Like really???
