Bad service

I ordered groceries on the pick n pay app at 8:45 on the 24th of August 2024. The groceries were only delivered after 14:00. This was so disappointing because there was no communication. Could not get through to the contact Centre because of the long wait. I left a call back as message as per the prompt. No one has ever called me back they just sent me an email with a reference number stating they received my call back request.
