Bad service

Placed my asap order 10:49, it is now 16:59 and STILL NOT DELIVERED!! Still says being packed. My friend ordered 50min after me; we work at the same place and she received her package just before 13:00 Phone x3 times already and all they say is that they receive high volumes of orders 😡
