Bad service

Pic n pay Boston , 10th March 2021 I bought foil (your housebrand) the whole roll was glued together so I was not able to use even a small piece. Contacted customer care the same day and only received a phone call on the 10th of June saying the complaint was logged the morning of the 10th june and If I could bring in the foil.

This is pathetic and unacceptable.
