Bad service

I have tolerated the bad service in this store for too long now. I seriously think customer service training needs to be done with the stuff in this store especially the cashiers. People really need to catch a wake up when they are at work and not relax like they are in their homes. Firstly the cashiers in the store are very lazy and slow they serve you with a irritated look/ attitude on their face. What really annoyed me this time around. I requested for cash back from the cashier she said she said she does not have money as she has just started her shift(fair enough) . I then asked her does she perhaps know which till I can go to. Her reply was she does not know I must go around from till 2 till and ask. it really annoyed me because there should be a front-end controllers/supervisor to assist in such situations no wonder the service is always slow there are no front-end controllers controlling the service at the tills
