Bad service

On the 7th of August 2022 around 08:15 in the morning I bought groceries online at pick n pay blue hills, my order was delivered at 12:22 after the driver left I noticed two of my items was missing, I called ASAP customer three times I spoke with the agents but they did not help instead they kept on asking me questions which I answered I also called the store and spoke to the manager he told me my goods will be delivered before 17:00 but I did not receive anything. My frustration is that I’m using my airtime to call and still did not receive anything
