Bad service
I was so excited to have my first online shopping experience with Pick n Pay. My kettle just broke and I've seen a good deal on a stainless steel kettle on the website and decided to purchase it. My little kids also got involved in the whole shopping experience with orders of chocolates. I then decided to add a few more house old items due to the delivery fee, basically products I can get from the corner shop.
I placed my order on Thursday for delivery on Saturday. Funds were taken off my bank account and when I received my order on Saturday, the main products for my order were not delivered, the kettle and kids chocolates. From a order of 18 items, only 5 item delivered and a delivery charge of R75. This is unrealistic.
