bad service

good day I have such a bad experience with pnp eastrand mall Boksburg

whenever you go there you just cant find a shopping basket when I spoke to a manager name Stoffel who had such a bad attitude about it he told me straight that it is not his problem that there is no trollies available and when after all that bad customers service as we want to go and pay the rows to the tills went down the ales and pnp decide to close tills

I email head office and stile waiting for 2 days now for them to come back to me as we were waiting for a troly customers walk out there because of this bad service and attitude this pick a pay have
