Bad service

I will never use the Pick n pay bottle Asap again. I ordered from them I received half off my order. I phoned to find out where is the rest because the driver said another driver will bring it. The guy said he will check and then he will phone me back. But he didn't.I phoned the next morning. Did speak to Filasipo, she said she can see I phoned she will escalate the order and she will phone me back. NO CALL. I phoned again in the afternoon. Did speak to Shannon. Had to explain myself now for the third time. I asked to speak to the supervisor. EPLAINED AGAIN to the supervisor Sharki. He said he will find out and phone me back. NO CALL. I then phoned again he is now so sorry but he is investigating with the store. Then Shannon phone me back (first call from them). She said the store said some off the goods was still at the shop the rest they will refund me. I ask to speak to the supervisor Sharki she said she will transfer me I hold on and then the call dropped. This is now the second day. Money was paid no goods. Now it is after 4 and I'm sure I will not hear from them today. This is very bad service. Lost all my trust in Pick n pay.
