Bad Service
What a bad service from pick and pay megacity mmabatho a lady at till 12 her name is keaitse or something like that incident happened at 9:55 am she is very rude. I wanted to withdraw money at her till but she refused with an attitude telling me that I must go to cigarette counter as she is not the bank. What kind of service is that? She was even rude to another old lady who was requesting a plastic bag. That lady knows nothing about customer service she needs to be roved from tills as she is dragging pick n pay's name thru mud. I am dissapointed pick and pay.
