Bad Service

Dear Pick n Pay Management

I just would like to find out.. in your customer policies and procedures do you have an instruction that pregnant ladies will NOT skip the queue to pay first just as you would allow pensioners to have their own shorter queue.

if the answer is Yes .. Then I have just learned something new about PnP.

if the answer is No... I have news for you. According to one of your Cashiers names "Annie Makoe" this pregnant ladies skipping the queue WONT FLY... she is not having it!!

my wife was at your Maponya Mall branch to pick up about 3 which I do not think that it would have even dented 5 minutes of her time to scan and receive payment, but during that time she had enough time to turn her away twice saying she will not take her money and she need to go join an other queue. Until she started complaining only then "Annie Makoe" took her seriously. at 8 and a half months of pregnancy I guess its a good time to be walking around and waiting in queue's

I just wanted to saying thanks to "Annie Makoe" because I the innocent party had to had to hear about all of that as soon as she got home, then my evening was just fun from then.

just so that you know that at even at a Taxi Rank's the queue Marshall's allow pregnant ladies to board first.
