BAD SERVICE

Pick n Pay ASAP flora Centre is the worst to buy from, so today I bought around half past 11 am with order number #***3 so my order firstly my order was cancel when I check the app and my money wasn't returned and then I immediately called them and they said they will prepare my order, 3hrs later they deliver totally wrong order with only 3 items admd still they didn't refund my money so now when I get home I realized the meat is rotten. I'm very much angry and annoyed imagine you delivered rotten meats, where is your sense of humor, where is your costumer service is this all you do to the online orders?? I'm very angry and I'm going to take this further, this is a second time you guys are selling me rotten meat. I WANT MY MONEY BACK your service is very very Bad and I'm going to post this even on Twitter worse part it's took me 5 hours for me to receive my delivery, and I didn't get refund the stuff I bought I didnt get it what the hell.
