Bad Service

My mother went to Pick n Pay Stelmark centre on 06/02/2019. She went to pay my bother's wifi at the till point and Palesa was the cashier. When she got the slip my mother questioned payment slip as the slip looked different from the one Checkers gave my mother. She asked for the supervisor and the cashier started to have an argument with her. Eventually when the Till controller arrived she explained to my mother the reason why it looked different and my mother accepted the explanation. My mom then wanted to pay the items she got in her hand. For some other reason the cashier refused to help my mom. The till controller was screaming at the cashier at the cigarette counter to help her. While walking to the cigarette counter the cashier started to provoke my 68 year old mother with her bad attitude. My mom never used any profanity towards the others, but yet she was treated badly. As a regular Pick n Pay customer I felt disgusted by this staff members behaviours towards my mother. I called in to complain but the manager never responded. She was treated badly in front of other customers and my dad. Pick n Pay should send their staff members for proper training as their customer services sucks big time. Ever wonder why you loosing customers? People don't have good things to say about Pick n Pay! You just lost one customer.
