Bad service

Pick n pay clothing, Walker drive

I went to exchange pants I bought a while back. After waiting at the counter for someone to come and help me for a few minutes I eventually went to look for someone to help me. I was told to just leave the parcel at the counter. The lady couldn't even make the effort to take the parcel from me. After finding some clothes to exchange I went back to the counter to once again wait for service. At this point three employees looked at me and then continued to unpack boxes and completely ignored me. At this point I had to call for help and one lady eventually came to help me. The shop had maybe two other customers so they weren't even busy.

The pants was marked down on the system and even though I paid R149 for them I could only get R60 credit.

I spend a lot of money at pick n pay clothing alone and this is how they treat their customers. Staff should be trained better, especially after reading all the other bad reviews.
