BAD SERVICE

I went to pick n pay on heritage day do get some groceries. It was still early in the morning and the shop was still empty, you would assume that the cashier would assist me fully and pack my groceries. To my surprise Sesi Mtshali did just the opposite, she scanned my groceries and left them for me to pack. I find this type of behavior disgusting especially since even shoprite will not let a customer pack their own groceries. I was sooooo DISGUSTED, even as i write this complain i still feel appalled at how pick and pay can allow customers to such low grade, if it too much for cashiers to pack, close shop so we can go buy where our money is more appreciated and we don't have to feel like we disturbing your precious cashiers!!!!!!
