Bad service

I went to Pick n Pay today wanting to use the stickers that i've accumulated. I 1st went to the customer care desk to enquire how to use it & Kanesha advised me i can just give it to the cashier, i asked her if there is an expiry date that i can use it & she told me today. I then went ahead & purchased when i get to the till the cashier advised me that i cant use it as it was on 2 sets of which i said i can then just transfer the stickers over to the 1. Then i was told that it expired yesterday,when i said but the Kanesha advised it expired today the cashier called another lady of who i am not sure of her position,she then said she will call a supervisor & she can then explain to me,the supervisor did not have the decency to come to me but rather told the cashier what to tell me even though she was like 5 feet away from me.The cashier then said they will phone the office & then immediatly another person came & said sorry the supervisor said we cant help. I then went to the supervisor to ask her name & very rudely she said ner name was Nazley. I think this was all very handled unprofessionally. Yes i know its the festive season and people are tired but if you work with cutomers on a daily basis you need to be able to know how to cope or leave the industry.
