bad service

shopping ,there is a sale,but when I was paying,I notice that 2 items hav'nt reversed,I went to customer care desk,and they told me all the kind of stories,what ****es me off is that when I got home the items that I was querying about were not in my bags,thwley were removed while there were checking the price but never return them.I pgoned the store and they told me I must go fetch them,I refused,as I spent almost an 1hr in store and I was already at home,waisted my airtime foning then,and now I must waist my time and petrol again going back to the shop,and the lady on the phone told me they will deliver the item and took my address, up until now I am waiting, is that pick n pay treating the customers? I am so angry and I want this resolved immediately.this happened on th 27.07.2018, and i have been communicating with them on their FB page ,and they keep on promising.
