BAD SERVICE
Pick a Pay Krugersdorp(Noordheuwel) has the most arrogant and disrespecfull customer service manager. We wanted to purches chocolates which the price showed R21 when it was scanned by the customer service manager it was R41. She said straight thats the price she cant help. She called the store manager Hansie which in turn said SORRY thats the price he just turned around and walked away,the customer service manager Dorah also said she will check the camera to see if dint move the prices, so i was humiliated treated like a ***** and i must just keep quite and not say a word. I want this not to be sorted by a store i would like the regional manager to cantact me ASAP.

You said it was send to the regional team, i take it that they are just as useless as your stores in handling complaints because i am still waiting !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
