Bad service

I stay 10minutes away from East Rand Mall Pick n Pay and that is where I buy everything. I am highly pregnant and everytime I go to Pick n Pay there is a long quere and as if that is not enough the staff is very rude. There is never a person who monitors the quere instead you will see more groups of cashiers at counters with closed signed. When you ask you are told that there is nothing that they can do cause people went to eat or you will get just some answer. No one is willilng to help you at all. You shall quere on that counter until it is your turn if it ever comes. I so disappointed at the service that I have been getting from the staff. No care or consideration at all for pregnant or old people.
