Bad service

Someone transferred money through to me with pick n pay mobile money which was the biggest mistake ever i have been trying to register with the code *120*668# but after i enter my ID number it just advises me to try later when i went to pick n pay i was just advised that i will receive an SMS at 9 pm then i should try the code again i never received the SMS and this morning i tried the code only to get same error when i called the call center all i was advised was to try after 24 hours obviously the money was sent to me as i need it urgently but to witness such service over something that we get advised that it is the simplest way if only i knew i would've asked my sister to transfer the money through checkers or shoprite as they don't give such hassles and now when i try the code on a different number the transaction goes through wow now i will just be begging for money from strangers due to a stupid system
