Bad service

So I was at pick n pay mall @ reds on sunday the 30th September it was busy as it was month end I was on lunch so I thought I should get a drink and withdraw cash at the till I stood on a long queue when it was my turn the cashier was a helping worker I didn't get her name I asked her if I could withdraw she said she doesn't have money, ok I asked who has she said I do not know u can go ask mind you I'm on lunch then her someone come and I asked her she was also wearing the blue T-shirt with no name tag she just told me to queue at a kiosk I said I was on a queue should I queue again she said I do not know and walked away, then I left. I thought that was the end on monday the 1st of October I went back this time the queues we're worse I asked if I could pay by the bill payment point and some guy said yes when I got there the lady named winny gave me **** she said she ddnt call me and she doesn't sell food at her counter I only had chips I asked her to just please sell for me and she did after that she ****** me changed
