Bad Service
I had a terrible customer experience at Pick n Pay Hypermarket Brackenfell today, a Cashier in the cigarette counter who's name is Yolanda was very rude, She didn't recognize me as a customer. spoke to me in a very condescending manner. I literally felt like I'm begging her to give me service. I'm so appalled at the attitude she gave me I reported it to a manager by the name of Ursula because this is unacceptable and i wish this person gets dealt with accordingly because she doesnt do her job like she enjoys it.
