Dear Pick n Pay store account:

I'm really upset with the way you guys are handling your store account. First of all being offline for day's on end is not on. You guys are easy to sell the store card and approved the store account within 24 hours. We now have a dilemma of wanting to pay the account before the due date to avoid interest being charged. The eft method works but takes long to reflect on the account. The easy pay reference number is provided to make alternative payment methods . Pick n pay staff can't say who the reference number belongs to as It just said RCS card. Your system needs to be upgraded to provide the clients with security knowing that the reference number belongs to a specific client. Please train all your staff on the pick n pay store account as this provides better efficiency in the business. Please provide me with a detailed explanation as to how long EFT reflects back onto the card and how long easy pay reference reflects.
