BAD SERVICE

I was at diepkloof square pick n pay liquor. I wanted a cash back of R50 when the cashier nhlanhla told me they dont fo cash back at their store I should go to the main picknpay. This is ridiculous because all the picknpay does cash backs. I waited for 20 minutes for a manager to come and explain to me why they don't do cash backs. He said they are afraid they gonna rob the store thats y they font do it and he said he is new he found the rule that way. What ****ed me off was that there was no signage saying "no cash backs " he then made an exuse that all diepkloof residents knows that. SO WHAT IM ASKING IS THAT ; DOES YOUR STORE CATERS FOR DIEPKLOOF RESIDENTS ONLY?? You need to train your staff and managers well about customer service
