Last week Saturday the 01/06 my husband bought Banana loaf for me as always it was so hard I couldn't even tear it,I went back Sunday for refund. I dealt with Simon(Assisting Manager) who was so disrespectful he confirmed that the top layer was not fresh. He then asked the Bakery supervisor to give me a Cake, told him that I wasted my petrol money coming here they need to refund me R100. We shouted at each other he breaged saying that I must complain of I want to I can check his name tech,I was so angry he game me that R100 after 20min he refused to give me cake. Told him that I once had the same situation with Bara he said I musn't compare stores,I usually buy at Pick n Pay(Protea Glen)they never failed me. He laughed at me I was a joke, I wonder how Head Office deals with such franchises to sell their products never will I ever go to Pick.n Pay again. I'm going to post this on Facebook and twitter if I won't receive positive feedback. My Sunday was spoiled becasue of a stupit person who was not trained well.
