Bad Service

I have just gone to Pick n Pay Canal Walk and asked for money back, I was told the whole of Pick n Pay doesn't have no money I am not sure how that is possible at 16:00 on a month end, for some reason I had the feeling they do not want to give me the money how can they tell me no one in the store has money when they did not even ask, this is a complete inconvenience if they do not like the service why have it as an option this is extremely frustrating.
