Bad Service

good day, we did our normal shopping yesterday at your tygervalley branch; we got to your less than 10 item till, the lady working at till nr 21 was insanely rude to us when we asked her the way forward to exchange points and to use it. she never looked us once in the eye, was dismissive. we've had some bad experiences at pnp but yesterday took the cake. not once did she say thank you, good morning etc., i am highly ****ed off. not going to pnp anymore; checkers willowbridge has much better service and prices are much more competitive.
