Bad service

I have complained about the below on the 25th of seo about a bad customer service I received form pick and pay store manager and to date I have not gotten any feedback ‘ is it because she is a store manager that I’m not getting any feedback about her bad service ‘ ?????

Pick n pay Carlton center takes a cup when comes to customer service ‘ I’m so shocked that even the so called store manager takes part on treating customers bad.... I went to pick n pay Carlton for few groceries then decided to buy wors roll.... on my way going out to collect my wors roll’ there was no one on that stand’ asked th lady to by parcel counter to help me’ she said the lady who works there is coming ‘ waited for like 10minutes’ then the lady at the parcel counter asked the lady at info desk to page that person ‘ they did, waited again... I asked her to ask for that lady to be paged again.. they did for the 2nd time’ waited ... still the lady did not come.... I then asked her where is that lady so that I can go and call her myself ‘ she told me she is at the cooked food cook counter ‘ on my way there I decided to ask at the info desk if I can serve myself since I have been waiting for too long for an assistance ‘ guess what???? I met some Indian lady who was extremely rude to me ‘ she asked with an attitude ‘ WHATS HAPPENING ‘ of which she over heard me when I was asking some other lady at that desk if I can serve myself ‘ I told her I wanted to serve myself as there’s no one to help’ she said she will call someone with an attitude again.... I went back to that worse counter... she came just when I was about to serve myself ‘ she then said with an attitude I must JUST RELAX I WILL BE SERVED, I asked her relax?? Do u have an idea for how long I have been waiting ‘ she said I must NEVER TALK TO HER LIKE THAT, I said or what? She then said , LET ME JUST LEAVE YOU AND ATTEND MY IMPORTANT CUSTOMERS , she then told the lady at the tills to refund me, imagine ‘ I said I don’t want any refund I want a wors roll’ I got so angry and told her how rude she is. Two of the staff there at pick and pay’ told me that’s how she is . She is rude to even then the staff and to the customers... I then told her that if she is used to treat th staff like that’ Iam not a pick and pay staff.... I told her I’m gonna take this further with Hello Pete ‘ she said like they will do her something’ she is a store manager not a casual staff.... sooooo shocked... pick n pay Carlton is the worst of them all
