Bad service

On the 23 August 2015 it was on Sunday, i went to buy groceries at wonder park pick n pay. when i got to the cashier the beef that i bought had no price tag and it was before the closing time(15:45) i was with small children two of them. I was told to go back n weigh my beef meat n i left my other child next two the trolley. The cashier who was helping me had a packer but because it was nearly knock off time for the stuff no one cares for no one. when i got to the butchery there was no one at the butchery n i was told they already went home. i was surprised cause the store officially closed at 16:00. i had to go back to the cashier who sent me without assistance and when i try to ask for some help from other pick n pay stuff they told me they don't know the code for the butchery. when i got back to the cashier who assisted me, my child was missing a 7 year old boy. i had to look for him with no assistance from anyone and i eventually found him outside the Mall. i think this situation could have been avoided if pick n pay stuff were of assistance they really let me down. the packer was suppose to go and weigh the beef at the butchery and not to send me while i was with kids.
