Bad service

Did grocery shopping at this store after work and after I left the store and was almost out by the main entrance/exit of the mall a security guard called me back and informed me I'm not allowed to leave the store with the trolley.<br> <br> I had to take my groceries (a few bulky items included) and carry it in my arms to my car.<br> <br> This is pathetic service. What is the point of offering trolleys if you are not allowed to leave the store with it?<br> <br>
