Bad Service

I find some staff members at Pick n Pay The Glen Mall and Pick n Pay Braamfontein very rude, arrogant and disrespectful.

The Glen Pick n Pay promised to get back to me last year, I am still waiting for their report back after a staff member told me that she cant deal with this walked away and continued to talk about me to her colleague. Telling me that I can to the shop but I dont have time to check prices properly.

Yesturday at Pick N Pay Braamfontein I wanted to withdraw cash. The tellers kept sending me to one teller another without help, I requested a manager and i was directed to the sam teller person who did not help me.

I went to that teller and she was not interested she was talking to her colleague while I was waiting for her to help me in some way. Even worse she walked away while I was talking to her. That is when I said to her I am a customer and she should help me instead of walking awawy while I am talking to her. Even after that I still did not get help.

Does Pick n Pay Braamfontein not have till withdrawal facilities any more?

Please send staff for customer service. Not all of them are rude, arrogant and disrespectfull.

My rating does not even deserve to be one star. It is a zero for me.

Braamfontein Pick N Pay does not have stock at time of things on special. shelves are always half full if not empty.

Just bad service from that pick N Pay.
