Bad service

I am do dissatisfied with Pick n Pay ASAP. I am still waiting for my refund. My bank says the refund it doesn't reflect on their system. On Monday I placed an order at 17h00 and I was on informed by 20h00 that the is no driver available to deliver. They refunded me through my bank not my app. I needed that order urgently. Then Thursday I placed an order two items were sold out but pick n pay debited on my bank and unfortunately this time no refund or message from capitec indicating the is a pending refund.i want my refund.
