Bad service

On Monday this week myself and daughter was in store to buy a few items. We were in express queue with both of our items in one trolley, each of us had five items. The teller helped with my items but when my daughter wanted to pay for her items she totally refused to help her and told my daughter to go to the other queue. This really got to me and I asked for the manager who came and proved that we each had five items. The cashier was rude, we asked for her name but refused to give it to us. We told them that we will write a review.
