Bad service

Shocking service. My daughter placed an order for some items last night, 01 July 2023-Sat night and we have still not received the items as yet(Sunday, 02 July 2023@ 4:18). I had to call the call centre to enquire what was the delay. This is absolutely pathetic service. Had I not called, the store would have been happy to keep my goods and my items. This is theft. There is no compensation for this shoddy service and no apology or anything. Useless is the word that I will use to describe this service.
