Bad service!!!!!!

I ordered for the 1st time and what a disaster! I ordered at 11 and order came past 12 was the wrong order and sent it back with driver, luckily he was still here. Before 3 someone comes to collect the wrong order that I had already sent back. It's almost 4pm and I still haven't received my order! How pathetic can a service be!!!!
