Bad service

The level of disrespect I got from a pick n pay winkelspruit cashier Philakuphi , even if you check cameras you will see what I'm talking about I was at the store yesterday I ask a tall guy by the front desk what I was there for he was mumbling and he was not specific what should I do. My unemployed and sick neighbor ask if I can withdraw a R350 Grant for her since she cnt make it to the shop as I was going to buy food for my baby. When I came there I totally did not know which till to follow however I ask the tall guy at the front desk I forgot his name. where can I withdraw this R350 he said he does not know I must to go any till and ask, I went I stand in a que until it was my turn, ask a cashier someone sent me to withdraw R350 owk fine he helped me I only got 1 R350 he said he does not have money on his till I must go to the next one of which I did, mind you I was in a que for mostly 20minits.i went and I joined the que again for mostly 20minits again when it was my turn this so called rude and cashier Philakuphi I ask him the same someone ask me to withdraw R350 for them, he ask whether did I join the que I ask which que the outside que No. I did not know about that que, mind you I have already spent almost 30minits minits in the store and have to buy food for my baby as I came there to buy. He refused to at least help me because I explained that I have already spent so much time joining ques please just help me he said he cannot do that and he just stood and fold his arms. I was so disappointed mind you I left my baby with no food thinking that I will be back at home immediately, he totally refused when I tried to go outside to that que I never saw it.what disgusting is that I had to go ask people outside who were sitting on the banch because there is no sign for grant quing until one guy directed me I tried to go as far looking for the que, when I reached there it was the long que in ahidden area, I decided to leave because I was so furious I couldn't join. how much more time I was gonna waist again mind you I was rushing to go back at home I even decided not to buy from pick n pay as I always do because of the poor customer service I received, I am working professionally even thou I'm not gonna say my field. I was just trying to help someone who needed my rescue but I was so disappointed with what Philakuphi did even if I ask him politely to please at least assist me because I was here for so long and I didn't know what to do. We do not need people like him especially after I have explained my situation where is emphathy I had to leave the store with no food for my baby because I was so disappointed with the service I got. It takes Nothing to help someone and I will never forget what that cashier did and another lady who just ignored me when I ask them at least help me she just said yes go outside. Cashiers must stop looking down on people and this this when you ask a person say they do not know ain't there supposed to be informed about new changes.
