Bad service

Bad service at pick n pay rosebank, on Monday I went to buy some things and when I get to the tills there was long queues waited over 10 mins to be told by the cashier Ntombizodwa Tshabalala that I must go queue at the cigarette counter to scan my reduced items because till is not scanning reduced items. What nonsense is that I told her she must punch the codes manually to read the correct price she asked me how she must do that. Did I not wait another 15 mins before she can do that ask the manager to come void the incorrect prices.
