Bad service 1911

Mall of the south, Grocery store, received worst service, I bought online(asap), placed order at 10:00am never received until I walk myself to the store @16:00 and collected myself. Still waiting for Pic n pay to refund my delivery fee I want back my money. Manager lady didn't bother to help was just ignoring me, useless. All this happened on Sunday,
