Bad Service
On 6 Jul I placed an order with PNP online - ***. Order was scheduled for delivery on Wed, 8 July between 7 - 8pm. On Wed evening at 16h59 I received a phone call form the call centre to advise me that my order was mixed up with another order and that I would not be receiving my groceries that evening. I was told that I would receive my groceries the next morning - Thu, 9 Jul between 10-11 am

My husband agreed that he would work from home that morning in order to receive and check the groceries and by 12 midday my husband eventually left to go to work as nothing arrived from Pick n Pay

long story short my groceries arrived on Thursday evening at 7pm with no explanation. when I phoned the call centre all I get is apologies for the inconvenince the lady at the call centre even told me that she would send an email to \whoever"and that I would get a response - guess what - I am still waiting for that so called response? not suprised but still waiting non the less

my only message to PNP from all of this is that apologies do not fix bad service and quite frankly I am now more convinced than ever that I will never shop at a Pick n Pay store ever again!"""
