Bad service

I went to pick n pay canal walk during my lunch, I was in a line waiting for another customer to finish but unfortunately her card gave her problems so she had an issue with her card so she had to go and withdraw cash, the cashier by the name of Jenine advised us that we have to wait for that particular customer to return there's nothing she can do up until another taller told her to suspend the groceries, she said she left her card at home with such an attitude Cleary showing she's not bothered, I spent 20 min on that till waiting for a supervisor to assist no supervisor was available, at a store large like pick n pay to have no supervisor available, I went to the office close to the fruit section Noone assisted and the tellers didn't see a problem with this others were laughing at the way Jenine was sitting as she clearly said we should relax.. I'm so disappointed by the behavior I received I left the store with no groceries spent 30 minutes for nothing I'm not upset I'm disgusted
