Bad service

<p>I regularly shop at West Coast Village store and was disgusted by the way we were treated today.</p> <p>Latetia was blatantly rude and **** about having stock. I had bought a really pretty top which shrunk. ...to my daughters delight. We went into the store to see if i could get a larger size, however, she toldme that she cant keep changing items for me and that I should come in to speak to the manager tomorrow.</p> <p>I tried once again to explain that i wanted another top but in a bigger size but she kept interupting rudely. She said it was stock from January and there was any more.</p> <p>By this stage my daughter and i were so angry that i walked to the exact place in the store where I had purchased the previous one and took one off the rack. </p> <p>We took it to the counter and showed her but she continued to be rude. My daughter and i were so angry we were shaking. </p> <p>I am a Customer Service Manager by profession and was shocked by the treatment we received.</p> <p>Westcoast Village,Tableview used to be my favorite store but i will not be returning.</p> <p> </p>
