Bad Service

We visited Pick n Pay Ilanga Mall on Saturday the 13 May. As you enter there is a display table with items that you can purchase to get extra animal cards, of which we purchased but upon paying the 'system' calulated less than what we were supposed to receive, not just that we spent over R600 of which it is advertised that every R150 you spend you get a pack of cards. Why advertise the extra items one can purchase to get animal cards if the system doesnt pick it up??? THIS IS NOT THE 1ST TIME THIS IS HAPPENING!

One especially goes and purchases extra items for animal cards for your child then you dont even get the correct amount- just a money making scheme!

To top it all up when questioning the cashier Hlobisile Shiba about it her response is ' thats what the system says i must give' with an attitude and carries on with the next customer while im still busy talking to her!

Its the last i go shop at Pick n Pay just for animal cards!!!!!
