Bad service

<p>I went with an excitement to buy extra few plates at pick n pay Carlton center as I'm having visitors, my excitement was ruined in a secound like you pop a balloon with a needle, I went to the till and got a lady by the name on Matshidiso, she was with some lady who was packing groceries after u pay, I paid my staff and the lady who she was with left" matshidiso then just gave me a plastic to put in my staff, I had bought plates and other things, I asked her if is she not going to wrap the plates, she gave me that disgusted look and asked the very same lady she was with to bring the papers, the lady brought the pick n pay special papers and left, I asked matshidiso if is she not going to wrap the plates, she then took the plate' open the paper in between ' like when u read it ' put the plate inside and gave it back to me, I was so shocked by the level of disrespect that girl has towards customers, I asked her is this how you wrap fragile things and she never answered, I went to the office and asked to speak to the manager, I got some lady whom I forgot to take her name down cuz I was so furious, she went with me to matshidiso's till, I told the lady the whole story, even when I was with that lady, matshidiso did not apologize, instead she was laughing, Iam still so shocked , I wonder if that matshidiso did get a customer service training .... </p>
