Bad service

<p>Went to pick 'n pay yesterday 5 december 2016 to buy and withdraw. When i got to the teller i asked for R600 cashback the teller rudely said she doesnt have money she said she will ask other tellers she asked only one teller and continued assisting other customers without saying anything i stood the like a fool then decided to leave it was clear that i was going to be assisted Sibongile was very rude by just leaving me hanging. When we open our bank accounts we are recommended to withdraw at retail stores to save charges now i have to pay extra cash because of someone who doesnt wanna do their job</p>
