Bad service

<p>On 30 October 2016, my wife wanted to buy country fresh icecream which was in special. Pick n Pay was out of stock and gave her a raincheck. Several times we went back for the item but still out of stock. On sunday 25 November 2016 i went to check if the stock was in but nothing. I wanted to extend the raincheck but the days supervisor refused and said I must wait until 30 November 2016 for the expiry date. On 26 November 2016 my wife went there again and she was told by Ursula and Edwina that they had stock but did not deemed it necessary to inform us. They also do not wanted to extend the raincheck. I need pick n pay phone me when the stock is in and deliver it at my home because i have waiste my petrol many times for nothing. </p>
