Bad service

I bought grated cheese this morning, like I've been doing these last few weeks. I was going to have french toast with cheese and tomato. When I opened the cheese I found that the cheese was old. I put it in a packet and returned it to Pick n Pay Bryanston, Coachman. I was referred to the supervisor being told that the manager is in a meeting. The Supervisor looked at the cheese and called a gentleman off the floor, by the name of Trevor. It seems as if he, Trevor is the floor manager or supervisor. He came and very nonchalantly took the cheese. He assumed that I wanted other cheese. When the supervisor enquired if Trevor asked if perhaps I want something in the place of the cheese, I told her that he didn't even bother. On hearing this, Trevor than came and asked me if I want other cheese and I told him that after that cheese that I bought, there's no way that I want other cheese. He then just walked off, leaving the supervisor to attend to me. I'm disgusted to but say the least. It's not as if I just go into the store, take something off the rack and walk out. I pay for my items. The likes of Trevor just makes a person realize that it's safer and better to rather bring your food from home as suppose to go the the supermarket and get yourself something
